Coming to counselling for yourself can be a powerful way to address issues that may have been present for a few weeks or many years. 
 
Individual counselling can be helpful for support around depression, anxiety, confidence, relationship breakdown, work stress, adjustment and loss, family issues, loneliness and low self-esteem. Therapy can be a helpful space to gain a better understanding of emotions and examine actions and behaviours that may be causing problems for us.  Individual therapy can also increase our awareness of unconscious coping mechanisms and strategies we may be bringing to our relationships that are problematic. 
 
Our Individual Counselling sessions are 60-minutes in duration and can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your personal needs.
